The MW version-inline template is intended to be used to document items that are only available with or following specified versions of the MediaWiki software. The template is a "lighter" version of the {{MW version}} template. It does not occupy as much space as that template, in order that it can be added to running text or lists.

Example

{{MW version-inline|MW 1.15+}} provides → MW 1.15+
