Call To Order
An Engineering meeting of the OC Engineering club, was held on January 10th, 2020. The meeting convened at 4pm, President Raymond Simpson presiding, Dylan Jensen, vice president, and Naomi-Lynn Miller, acting recorder.

Treasury Report
The President Reported that OC Club Congress still has funds for the remainder of the year for all the clubs, Raymond will find out more details at the next Club Congress Meeting.
Old business
- Engineering Club support for the Garden Club was discussed
- Raymond passed a message on to the Former President to get control of th Engineering Club Email Group.
Garden Club Support
- Motion: Moved by Raymond Simpson to continue support for the Garden Club.
- Motion carried.
- Dylan Jensen remarked that more mechanical engineering students were needed to meet the gardening club commitment.
- Motion: As a result, further support has been delayed.
- Motion carried.
Business Cards
- Are still on the list to be acquired
Club Logo
- Still needs to be designed
- An art student needs to be recruited.

- Wikimedia training was conducted for all members
- Recommended meeting for Joel Martin and Raymond Simpson with the Dean for a Secure Storage room for club assets.
