Call To Order
An Engineering meeting of the OC Engineering club, was held on Feb 27th, 2021. The meeting convened at 2:00pm, called to order by Naomi-Lynn Miller. President Naomi-Lynn Miller presiding, Vice President Yuval Martin and Joel Martin(Officer), a quorum being present, business was conducted.

- Facebook page is up
- Club discussed creating "intro video" to streamline new member introduction
Advertising/Recruitment
- Members are continuing one on one recruitment
- Members are encouraged to get resume online, the Navy looks at the resumes
- Members are encouraged to help write documents
- Naomi-Lynn attending previous Club Congress and secured the web presence to OCRobotX website, under the engineering club link.
Finances/Fund Raising
- Naomi-Lynn is reaching out to the appropriate individual to setup the OC Club Bank Account.
- Giles Miller is being recruited to be the Financial Officer.

Attendance of the team members to 2022 competition
- a discussion was initiated about team members going to Sydney, Australia in December to attend the RobotX 2022 competition

Approval of minutes
A motion was made by Joel Martin and seconded by Naomi-Lynn to adjourn and approve the minutes of the 27Feb2021 meeting. Motion carried.
