Lead definition of project WBS(Work Breakdown Structure), goals as required	.
Lead Engineering design, with planning and and execution of all tasks	.
Recruit and manage project team members (talent) in specific disciplines	.
Document and maintain specific budget line items	.
Steward and direct expenditure of available resources	.
Create and manage WBS to meet project milestones	.
Document and report status of WBS with respect to WBS deliverables	.
Support and direct teams executing WBS	.
Ensure product quality assurance through practice of standards and inspection	.
Document in detail project progress(Maintain OC RobotX Wiki)	.
Communicate to PM's significant problems and solutions that deviate from planned WBS	.
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet WBS Milestones	.
