Lead Engineering design, with planning and and execution of all tasks	.

Document and maintain specific budget line items	.
Steward and direct expenditure of available resources	.
Create and manage WBS to meet project milestones	.
Document and report status of WBS with respect to WBS deliverables	.

Ensure product quality assurance through practice of standards and inspection	.
